Three health care options are available for you, your spouse (or domestic partner), and children, administered by BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois. Each plan option is paired with prescription drug coverage to help you care for yourself and your family. Plans include the PhysicianNowTM telemedicine program, which allows you to access a doctor from anywhere 24/7 using a phone, mobile device or computer.
Dental plan coverage provides two routine cleanings per year at no cost to you, and also pays a portion of the cost for fillings, crowns, braces, etc.
EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN
If you meet the plan eligibility requirements, an annual contribution is made to this stock plan on your behalf by the company.
This plan is simply a retirement benefit of being a Waterfront employee which does not require employees to contribute funds.
Our Vision Plan, covers an exam and eyeglass lenses (or contact lens allowance) each calendar year and also offers hearing aid discounts.
Help plan for your future financial security by participating in Waterfront's 401(k) Plan. WFS matches dollar for dollar up to the first 4% of your pay contributed to the Plan, depending on years of service.
Waterfront provides employees with a life insurance policy at no cost to you. You may also purchase coverage for your spouse, domestic partner and/or children.
